We've known each other for years. You've been my best friend, and our connection has always been something special to me. I love that our story has all of that friendship in it.

We've already said it to each other, and I want to say it again, properly: I love you, Rania. I love you as the person I've known all these years, as my best friend, and as the woman I want to keep sharing my life with.

What I love most about us is how completely we can be ourselves. Silly, serious, emotional, quiet, or full of things to say. Whatever the moment asks of us, we can just be us. I can be myself with you, and you can be yourself with me.

I love our connection. The comfort in it, the honesty, and the feeling that we don't have to put on a version of ourselves to be loved. Having that with you means so much to me.

And now we get to carry all those years of friendship into this love we've finally put into words. I want more of our little moments, more laughter, more conversations, and more days where being together feels as natural as it already does.
